The Sustainable Communication Response for TB (SCORE TB) participates in National Conference on TB in Abuja, Nigeria.
The conference which took place at the trade fair centre in Abuja from 10-12 December, 2024 brought together an assemblage of over two thousand participants including experts from 60 countries for the sharing of knowledge, best practices, insights, innovations to contribute to the shaping of evidence-based policies in TB control.
The conference among others enabled the showcasing of ground-breaking research and innovations, improving linkage between TB and other social determinants of health and engaging experts across sectors to drive meaningful engagements.
Some highlights of the conference included plenary sessions, panel discussions, exhibition booths and some notable community engagement breakthroughs.
As the host to the National Young Key Population Network in Ghana, the organization played key roles in Community Rights and Gender (CRG) Strategic Initiatives activities, especially on the recent C19RM country request focusing on the engagement of key populations.
